THE ILLITERNITES OR THE BERNARD’S FUNERALS,Performance, 7min38, 2014

collaborative project with Mathieu Chavaren, Lucie Vanesse and Thomas Lebrequier

This performance is about how to kill the father and how to behave with the weight of History. “Illiternités” is a bag word composed by two french words “illimité” (unlimited) and “éternité” (eternity). The “Illiternités” are those creatures, distinguished not by their appearances but by their roles, struggling to exist in the scene. Between Science fiction and Antic theater, the piece ends with that sentence “Nous pensons que ça n’a jamais existé” (We think that never existed) letting the possibility that eternity is looking down on us.
